“The New Loretta Hotel strikes me as a place where genuine care often surfaces, particularly noted in instances of staff going far beyond standard service to support guests through difficult times. While rooms may show their age, the overall cleanliness and the hard-working, friendly nature of the team create a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear this establishment, particularly when part of package deals, prioritizes making guests feel looked after, even if the entertainment is more earnest than polished.”
