“This village inn presents a compelling proposition, particularly for those valuing genuine warmth and solid food. The recent change in management has clearly invigorated the place, with attention paid to fresh, quality meals and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and locals. Its charm and comfortable rooms, combined with excellent value, make it a noteworthy stopover, especially when the pub's own excellent breakfast is considered.”
